Greg
Italian Carcano Model 1891 with leather scabbard... all most common variations of the standard bayonet of Italy for WWI and WWII. These were made in the millions and extremely common to find. More rare are editions with a smooth steel scabbard. Also very rare but cool are leather frogs that incorporate tools, such as ax, shovel, and pick holders. should mention also.. likely no maker marks and only a SN possibly suggest a contract model... exported all over the place... does not increase rarity at all.
