Adrien18
Hello, I'm new to this forum. I've come across an object that appears to be a M1915 Stender grenade with the following dimensions: Overall Length: 29 cm Diameter: 10 cm Could you please confirm this hypothesis for me? P.S. I'm French and I'm using artificial intelligence for the translation of my text. Thank you very much. Best regards.
72 usmc
As an old archaeologist, to me this looks like a vintage Baker/Pastry cinnamon or sugar sprinkler for cake tops or cup cakes my grandmother had at the bakery. Most likely a vintage Bakery Tool. Definitely not a vintage laundry sprinkler. Lets see what grenade guys say ??? see this old post
Gildwiller1918
Hello Adrian, my Stender is 21.5 cm long. I do not believe you have a grenade but an old tool, as USMC stated most likely for kitchen use.
Adrien18
Thank you to '72 USMC' and 'Gildwiller1918.' I'm glad I asked. Have a pleasant late afternoon. Best regards.
Adrien18
I'll try to open one because I have two of them and take some photos for you. If you don't hear from me, then it was a grenade :p" (with a humorous tone). 3

Adrien18
Doesn't the interior look quite nice, though?
