Here is how I store and display my WW1 Medals and Badges.

I've seen one recently marked to Royal Engineers, with the War Medal and Victory Medal for 145 pounds. The Star has a slider bar and rose. If it stays long enough, I might get it.

Here some info for you if you haven't got it already.

William Alfred Baverstock born 7 Jan 1893 in Newbury Berkshire.

Father Alfred William a Ships Pilot, Mother Sarah, brother Arther James, sister Ada Beatrice.

Marriage 12 July 1919 in Cowley Oxford profession Soldier R.E age 26.

To Elizabeth Ada Jameson Born 31 Dec 1892 age 26.

Children  in 1939 Census are  Harold J born 22 May 1920 ( Soldier Regular Army ).

John W born 6 Feb 1929 ( at School ).

Lived at 25 Downs Park Crescent New Forest Hampshire.

William Alfred Died in Oct 1970 aged 77 in New Forest Hampshire
