Gildwiller1918
Here is my newly acquired Swiss 1911 Rifle. This model was a improved version of the previous 1889 Schmidt–Rubin rifle and had several features such as a redesigned bolt which allowed for the use of the Gewehrpatrone 1911 (GP 11) which was a non-corrosive round, other features included a semi-pistol grip and curved butt plate. These rifles are a straight pull action, very well made and were known for their accuracy. Production of the 1911 continued till 1918, however the carbine version was made until the early 1930's. The 1911 rifle was replaced by the K31 rifle and remained in service till 1958. The rifle weighs 10 pounds unloaded, was 51 inches long and has a 6 round detachable magazine, which can be fed by metal and cardboard clips. This particular rifle's serial number show it was made in 1916. The rifle has numerous markings, one is a Capital "P" with numbers 61, this was a stamp indicating that the soldier who used this rifle elected to keep it upon retirement. It also has the inspector stamp for Major Mühlemann 1913-1941, which also verifies the date made for this rifle.

Fritz
You will have to get the various classical Swiss bayonets to match, such as the saw edge, they are still quite abundant.

Gildwiller1918
Yes, Fritz, already working on the bayonets. I have one en route, the 1889 short version.
