The Hitler youth dagger has a hilt with nickel plate and twin plastic grips.

In the middle of the front grip is the badge of the Hitler youth.

Daggers between 1933 and 1938 have the inscription blut und ehre (blood and honour) on the blade.

After 1938 the motto was discontinued.

The scabbard was made of sheet steel.

The dagger in the picture is in good condition and is very sharp.
