sommewalker Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 After a great deal of research ,and thought ,and I mean a lot of research !I have acquired this original ww1 thank you letter ,from an R F C corporal thanking some one for his cigarette'sthe address exists in London ,...and I have included a shot of the address , taken in august this year,its nice to be able to tie down an address to a photo,especially when its possibly at least 100 years ago the letter was written, I took advice from experts and found on line several other RFC letters, with the same crest, so I am pleased to say I think it is genuine, its a lovely piece of memrobillia , thank you letters are rare enough as it is so an RFC one goes top of my list........................ 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
