david f Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 hi guys, last night at Prestwick airport a B-17 bomber landed on it's way to the Duxford airshow. Unfortunatly i did not get a chance to get down to see it ,but thanks to a fellow Killie fan,i can post the couple of pictures that he took. The ball gunner under the mid fuselage, apart from having to occupy a really confined space, in a plexiglass ball in mid-air, was virtually stuck if they were hit.
