    Stunning looking and highly detailed pair of British Gunsight Royal Navy Binoculars made by Ross of London. Complete with matching rare Tripod. Wooden mahogany box with original green paint nearly all present. Brass carry handles to each box side. Lid has markings in white letters the following ''BINOCULAR GUNSIGHT PATT G367. ROSS LONDON, BOX PROOFED FOR TROPICS , INST. SER NO 123S77 '' Also present is the War Department stamp. Box internally has all parts present including three Alloy Silica Gel round tins, two large and one small. There is an additional round empty alloy tin. Mounting plate to inside of lid for holding the tripod mounting bolts. Box closure hooks present along with locking key. The binoculars are complete with fully working optics and filters. Black rubber face rest has some wear with age. Top of binoculars has maker stamp logo ''ROSS LONDON'' with following stamped below ''10 x70 BINOCULAR GUNSIGHT PATT G367 NO123877 W A/T NP 46 B. War Department broad arrow stamp is also present. Green Craquelure paint finish to the binoculars with all paint present. Front surface of the front filter plate has again the Ross makers logo with serial number ''No 123877'' .The tripod legs are in smooth working order with all screws present and fully adjustable. Original green paint almost complete. Mounting plate present with stamp 10 x 70 to plate underside.
