Dave
Hi all, After my rant about the scarcity of Military History Mags, I am pleased to say that my favorite modelling magazine does not disapoint me. I have bought every copy of Military Modelling from Sept 1974. Ken Jones has been Editor since 1979. I like the mixture of modelling articles and histories of the service of the vehicles involved. The latest edition (an Armour Special) has modelling articles on the new Tamiya IS-2 and Academy M7 105mm Priest by Steve Zaloga and reference articles on the Middle East British Sherman by Mike Starmer and British M7 Priests at El Alamein by Peter Brown. Steve Zaloga's articles have lots of period photos too. These are very knowledgable and skilled writers unlike those found in other mags. Recommended for armour enthusiasts. Dave
Kenny MM still going strong available in WH Smith etc. Sold all over the world. Just realised that it was your advert in MM that started me going to TB in the Virginia Galleries. Oh that and your other advert in "Just 18" Dave.
Kenny Andrew
Cheers Dave, maybe we should advertise in it again, I had totally forgotten about it.
Dave
Kenny, Adverts in MM are mostly for model kits and accessories. You might do better in the likes of "Toy Soldier" as they are primarly for collectors which is more appropriate to your stock. I don't think there are many like myself that do both hobbies.
