Dave Posted September 20, 2010 Share Posted September 20, 2010 Not a bad film at all. I got this for a fiver in Morrisons some time ago and have just got round to watching it. A German/Italian/American co production. Set in WW2 Italy based round a German Kompanie, Italian GMR Coampany and an American supply company. Italian partisans are also involved. Can't fault the authenticity of uniforms, weapons or vehicles (some are mock ups eg SdKfz 234/3 armd car but good ones.) Only comment is that the GMR are armed with German weapons but possibly? A bit of an anti war film film as just when you think you know what is going to happen or what a character will do; you get a surprise outcome.
