Greg Posted April 12, 2010 Share Posted April 12, 2010 Picked this up at Game last week used... I had wanted it for a while but didn't want to pay £40 for it... was I wrong! Brilliant game, excellent graphics, the flak and bullets pepper the hell out of your plane in brilliant detail and the aircraft handling is amazing. And the scenery is excellent you really feel like flying over something real and not computer-ish. Few notes I learnt.... Kamikazi attacks on German Wehrmacht positions does not earn you points... neither does crashing into Heinkel Bombers.... and and yes a bomber formation is a very bad place to put yourself into... but hell that's the fun of it! Greg Posted April 23, 2010 Author Share Posted April 23, 2010 IL2 Sturmovik was originally a PC only game. The Birds of Prey edition came out for XBox, NDS, PS3 and PSP with improved graphics.
