Yes it was a great film, big pity they never made it in colour then it would have been truely awesome just didn't seem to have the same effect in B&W.  I did see a colour version of it for sale once but when I went back to buy it, it was gone. Watched the Bridge at Ramagen yesterday I had forgotten what a good film it is.

Excellent Reece  I've been going on for years about seeing the longest day for sale in colour. Everbody thinks I'm imagining it. Saw it in HMV then went back the next day to buy it and it was gone. Was beginning to think I'd dreamt about it too. If anybody sees it for sale let me know I want it.

That's what I thought Reece, looks like I will have to wait until it comes out on DVD if that ever happens

Here's the Scottish Film I mentioned earlier that we supplied props for, think they could have done with us too as military advisors but not to worry, not as good as I had hoped but worth picking up if you like horror films

A video about Quartermasters at the Angel - they later moved to Sidcup, Kent, I see, later closed down completely.

Here are some of my favorites:

The Dirty Dozen

The Great Escape

Where Eagles Dare

Kelly's Heroes

All quiet on the western front (B&W version)

Das Boot

Hacksaw Ridge

Zulu and Zulu Dawn

War Horse was not bad either...

Here's a great film I watched again during the lock down last week. I had forgotten how good it was, I'm not really into the Pacific campaign but this is my favourite. Loads of great British actors too, again they don't make them like this anymore.
