I believe that the bayonet may be an Italian carcano folding bayonet or a fixed version bayonet used on a M1938 Short rifle (Fucile Corto).? I would need better pictures. There should be makers marks on the bayonet. there are four types for this rifle. Consult these references below. Does the blade fold up? That picture and the your scabbard is more in tune with a fixed Carcano bayonet.
