WW2 German Signal Flares

Recommended Posts

Got these in from a source in Norway, they are all marked "Raushspurpatrone Blau" and have dates from 1942-1945. Occasionally I have seen the red and green ones in the US, but blue ones do not come up often. Naturally they are deactivated but still have the cardboard tops. One is stamped "cbl" which was for the Vereinigte Deutsche Metallwerke AG, Zweigniederlassung Sueddeutsche Metallindustrie, Nuernberg W.

Just picked up this 1940 dated German WW2 Bakelite 6x Flare holder or Sternsignalpatronen, the paper tag is dated 1941 for green flares.
