So this is an Austrian tunic converted to heer after anschluss. As I believe it’s artillery feldwebel.But I know collar tabs with red background indicates it’s for waffenrock. But shouldn’t be the silver lining on the top of collars? Also no tabs on button of arms for typical waffenrock.
