Pictured from my collection Kriegsmarine antiques is a barometer and is wood storage box. Note the serial number 2452 on the dial of this instrument is hand written in pencil on the front of the box's lid. This instrument was used to measures atmospheric pressure for the purpose of forecasting weather. It is in working order, but needs to be calibrated.

I watched the video posted by Fritz, thank you. Unfortunately, I do not speak their language, but images of the Kaiserliche Marine Fore and Aft Hat being  discussed were excellent.  I have no reason to question the authenticity of this hat, but I did notice that the crowned fouled anchor button was missing/not present. Because of its importance, I am pointing out the button for those who may not know what a complete/regulation Kaiserliche Marine  Fore and Aft Hat  looks like.

A  Fore and Aft Hat of the Kaiserliche Marine has a large heavy spring-type gold bullion across front with a large National Colors rosette ribbon and button  This button's face is embossed with a crowned fouled anchor. Pictured below is a closeup (top, IMA) of the button on a Fore and Aft Hat of the Kaiserliche Marine (middle) and another hat example (bottom, Mohawk Arms Inc.) on its storage box.

That's correct, I forgot to mention that, nobody noticed that in the show, I have posted a similar hat under Kaiserliche Marine - memorabilia in the Forum. However, these buttons can be easily found, although I don't know whether this has a special fitting or just a standard button.
