Gildwiller1918 Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 I think it looks ok, blade might have been re-blued as it does not match the wear on the rest of the bayonet. Mundlos marked these bayonets in this manner until 1941, afterwards they used the letter code "ab" until 1944. Fritz Posted March 28, 2022 Share Posted March 28, 2022 I would say the bluing on the blade is original, see the typical wear, and you don't get this quality with amateur re-bluing.
