Fritz
Now managed to get a set of original cords to complete this cap Gefreitenknöpfe - set. Slightly missmatched, one is 25mm, the other 24mm, hardly noticeable. A Kolpak and Fangschnur to complete a busby. Older copies, possibly of original material

Fritz
Have just ordered this badge recently, RCAF On the lookout for one of these, and a NZ one Have just seen one like this, will order in due time, Brown Bess Also just viewed. I had several in the past. This one is post-WW2 dated, but identical to the period piece. Strap is not original. Replacement straps can still be found. "Au porte bonheur" as some antique dealers say and to complete my WW1 French uniform, also recently viewed, price moderate. I have had several in the past

Fritz
Just received these badges from France. They were purchased as cap badges, the RAMC badge appears a bit small, not sure if this is a cap or collar badge? Top four badges are destined for the Museum, the rest for my own collection. French early WW1 tunic button, double loop and Paris maker mark to rear, and two buttons from WW2, greatcoat and tunic, these are painted khaki and a Paris maker mark to the rear

Fritz
Have just ordered this Brown Bess bayonet, which looks very good, that will complete the musket I got over a year ago. Have seen several on offer, but this one for 87,50 pounds seemed just right.
Fritz
Brown Bess bayonet just arrived, only marking is the broad arrow, only slight surface rust. Bayonet only fits halfway, will have to be professionally fitted and some more cleaning
