Fritz
This was the bar to the medal of 1. Oktober 1938 - Sudetenland Medal for all those who took part in the operation. The Prager Spange was awarded additionally to those who took part in the later occupation of the rest of Czechoslowakia and Prague. About half of the medals existing have the Prague bar. In your photo it looks as though the bar has come adrift from it's ribbon base and lost it's fixing splints? I have posted examples of these in my articles in the Third Reich medal section, see there. The area was then known as the Reichsprotektorat with administration in Prague, castle.
