Fritz Posted April 6, 2021 Share Posted April 6, 2021 The cut-out examples were not original issue, but could be purchased at own cost. Further "luxury" examples were after 1919. The silver screwback example looks familiar, I have an identical example, which has a 800 silver hallmark, and is of course, after 1919, as the use of silver was not possible in wartime years due to shortages. Maker and date of production not known, certainly pre 1939. The gold cut-out example could well be wartime production after March 1918, but private purchase.
