Private purchase peaked cap, premitted only for walking-out dress, this example early to mid-war, relatively poor quality materials

Kürassier high boots ( so-called "Kanonenröhre" or "Brandenbourgs"), private purchase quality, complete with both spurs, however, the broad leather flaps covering the upper spur straps, are missing.  All original leather soles, no horrible post WW2 rubber fitted. Noticeable is the lack of studs or heel irons, as would be found on ordonnance issue. The uppers of the heel have the so-called Sporenleder, as with most cavalry boots of the period, to prevent the spurs slipping under the heels.

Kartuschkasten for Kürassiere and Dragoner. Kürassier-Regiment 2 had a slightly smaller medallion, with a flaming grenade to each side left and right.

So-called "Reservisten-Pallasch", private purchase presentation piece with Regimental inscription and trophy engraving. Shorter and lighter  than the regulation weapon.

In den Morgenstunden des 3. August marschierten die Eskadrons in nagelneuer Ausrüstung zum Pasewalker Bahnhof. Die Fahrt ging über die Uckermark und Mecklenburg, über Lübeck und Hamburg ins Hannoversche und über Osnabrück nach Westfalen. Am 5. August 1914 gegen 3.00 Uhr traf die letzte Eskadron auf dem Güterbahnhof Aachen ein. Von dort ging es weiter nach Belgien hinein“

Oberstleutnant Hans von Knobelsdorff was the last commander of the Regiment, 1913-1919
Since after 1990 taken over by a private investor, restored and now a hotel.

Koller and Reithose for a Gefreiter, ca. 1912. Plain shoulder buttons without squadron number.
Reithose is probably a civilian type, but identical to regulation, colour is more of a light
creme rather than wool white, many repairs. Set has probably been worn again in the 1920s and 1930s
for reunions. Koller has a repair to the back, probably caused by a lance, which happened frequently.

I have a photo of part of what I believe to be the insignia of an 18th century military unit that I cannot identify.

The monument comes from Pomerania (Hinter-Pommern). What could it be?

A broken picture frame, in that condition, difficult to say. Would date from late 19. to early 20. century.

Thank you. You may be right, as on the reverse side there is a name Gosch and a serial number that suggests he could have been a maker of the decorative frames appealing to the cuirassiers tradition.
