Gildwiller1918 Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 I missed the DM, did not like going to the Euro at all. 4 Quote
Fritz Posted March 23, 2021 Author Posted March 23, 2021 I think everyone feels the same way, but unfortunately we are stuck with it, prices have really risen from the first day on. Everyone with any savings had only the half from the first day on. The Euro was thought to be a bridge over borders, but nobody is travelling now! 4 Quote

Fritz Posted November 18, 2021 Author Posted November 18, 2021 What to watch out for - 1918 and 1919 pennies, esp. if to the left of the date there is a H or a KN, these can be very valuable, as there was only a limited mintage. 4 Quote
Gildwiller1918 Posted November 18, 2021 Posted November 18, 2021 Well out of all of the pennies I have, I only found one with a "H" mark. 4 Quote
Ross Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 The 10000 mark note is infamous for its representation of a vampire sucking the blood from the neck of the man portrayed. A subversive comment on the hyperinflation at the time. THE VAMPIRE NOTE NOTE FOUND IN A HEDGE (coinbooks.org) 5 Quote
