Below are some of the depression era German Notes after WW1. As the economy collapsed, the money became more and more worthless, even after printing astronomical values on them. These notes are from 1922.

Here is some of the inflated currency that was issued in the 1920's in Germany. As the value of the currency dropped, the denomination rose on the notes. Below is a 10 Million Mark Note, a 20 Million and a 100 Million Note.

Here is something I just recently picked up, a pack of 20 - 10,000 Mark notes. 19 are remaining in sequence. Not something you see everyday.

Rare to find as a "set" and in this condition, otherwise a lot of them around in used to very used condition.
The 3rd Reich period coins are now getting rare and expensive. On one side is a very small letter, which stands for the mint,
where it was produced, this along with the year and condition makes the value higher. A = Berlin, J = Hamburg, etc.
Good notes are also very hard to find.

Yes I agree Fritz, seems everything is getting harder to find. Third Reich coins, especially the silver ones are getting expensive and the notes are not cheap either.

Just found while going through some old papers, these were the 1991 series, I think these were the last before the DM was withdrawn on 1. January 2001. They must have been with the papers since Summer 1997. Persons depicted:
Bettina von Arnim
Annette von Droste-Hülshoff
Carl Friedrich Gauss
