Class with Swords, dated 4th October 1917 for a Reservist, Franz Königbauer in 1. Feldartillerie-Regiment Prinz Regent Luitpold, based in Munich The regiment was raised in 1824 and belonged to the I. Bavarian Armee-Korps The document bears the printed seal of the order and has a (facsimile) signature of von Hellingrath Philipp von Hellingrath was Bavarian Kriegsminister and Ordens-Grosskanzler from 11. December 1916 till 8. November 1918, see photo.
