sommewalker
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the 1914, Christmas truce. and with that in mind I have made a diorama , of a small section of no mans land, complete with barbed wire and powdered snow material, and I also purchased, a trench art candle stick Dated 1917, this was quite grimy so a good session on my bench grinder with a cotton buffing wheel , and some jewellers rouge polish, it now has that golden colour of old polished brass, these pieces will form the centre piece on our Christmas table , as I hope a fitting tribute
