As Hermann Göring once or more said: "Wer Jude ist, bestimmen wir!" - "We decide who is Jewish". Generalfeldmarschall Erhart Milch also had some Jewish ancestry. Nobody complained, etc., etc. There were quite a few in the Wehrmacht (Stabsfeldwebel Israel, etc.).
