I was after one of these for ages and eventually got around to getting one. They were found in a cellar in a box, there was about a 100 of them I believe all running serial numbered and in stone mint condition. The buckle itself is a HJ buckle my M4 55 Julius Kremp, Ludensheid. My friend in Germany has the serial numbered tag on digit above mine. Cracking buckle and looks very nice in hand

BTW you may find some buckles just marked IKA in a circle, this is also the makers mark of this maker. Here is a Tunnerbund buckle made by Kremp with them markings for example
